Cedar & Copper Plumbing

What I would build for a trades business that gets called in a panic.

This is a concept. A made-up plumbing company, designed as a concept. It shows the kind of site I would build for a business like this.

  • Type

    Concept, not a real business

  • Package

    Small business site

  • Built for

People with water on the floor

The kind of problem I see

Trades get called in emergencies. Someone with water on the floor needs a phone number in three seconds, and proof that you are local and know what you are doing in five.

Most trades websites bury both under a slideshow.

What I designed

  1. The phone number first

Big, tappable, and the first thing you see. On a phone, a call button stays pinned to the bottom of the screen.

  2. Where you work, by town

Service areas listed plainly, which is also exactly what Google needs to show you to the right people.

  3. A quote form for the jobs that can wait

Renos and water heaters go through a short form, so the phone stays free for emergencies.

  4. Proof, not promises

Real job photos and reviews, front and centre.

What it would do

More calls from people searching in a hurry, and fewer tire-kickers, because prices and service areas are right there.
